Small Improvements
I’ve noticed a ton of messages on #twl of small things people are doing to improve how they eat and exercise and it’s really exciting. I did a little of that myself, today.
I went to a grocery store I knew was being renovated because, although I’m going to complain, I knew I’d end up walking around more. I did, a lot. I then came home and instead of leaving the heavier stuff in the car for my husband to bring in, I made a bunch of trips in and out to bring it in. That may not sound like much but it was that many more calories I burned that I otherwise wouldn’t have. Now with my workout and eating healthier on top of it I feel so much stronger and like I have more control. I’m already really liking the new me I’m discovering. And this is only the beginning.
